Textile Studio Lab (« the App ») is developed and maintained by Shakass Communication, based in France.
Data We Collect
Textile Studio Lab accesses only the product catalog of your Shopify store (product names, variants, and images) in order to display customizable products within the editor. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from your customers, including names, email addresses, or payment information.
Data Storage
The App does not store any customer data. Design sessions are temporary and exist only during the active session. All order processing and customer data handling is managed exclusively by Shopify.
Third-Party Services
The App is hosted on Railway (railway.app). No customer data is transmitted to Railway or any other third party.
GDPR Compliance
As a data processor, Textile Studio Lab processes no personal data on behalf of merchants or their customers. No data retention, deletion, or portability requests are applicable.
